Since joining Lions Clubs International in 2004, he has dedicated over two decades to advancing the ideals of service, leadership, and humanitarian values. He is currently serving as the District Governor of Lions District 3232-J (Saurashtra-Kutch) for the Lions Year 2026–2027.Dr. Mehta holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and brings more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He is the director of a software company based in Rajkot, Gujarat. Before entering the IT industry, he served as a professor for ten years, inspiring and mentoring young minds in the fields of technology, research, and innovation.His commitment to leadership development is reflected throughout his Lions journey. He is a certified graduate of the Faculty Development Institute (FDI) conducted by Lions Clubs International. Prior to becoming District Governor, he successfully served as the District Leadership Coordinator (GLT) for three consecutive years.
