The session began with energizing warm-up exercises, preparing the participants for deeper yogic practices. The focus for today included ✓ Pranayama for breath control and mental stability ✓ Strength-building asanas for improved flexibility ✓ Medsvita Nivaran Asanas practiced with proper guidance and alignment Each participant showed remarkable progress, reflecting consistency and dedication throughout the camp.
