Diabetes and Retina Awareness Camp. Due to the current lifestyle, the prevalence of diabetes among the people has increased significantly. To create public awareness about the effects of diabetes on the retina of the eye and this disease, an awareness seminar was organized by Lions Club of Jamnagar East, Shri Gulabkunwarba Ayurveda Society, Institute of Education and Research in Ayurveda, Arpan Multispecialty Eye Hospital on Wednesday, 10.06.2026 from 4-00 pm to 6-00 pm at Shri Dhanwantari Auditorium, Jamnagar. In this seminar, information was given by Dr. Tanuja Nesri (ITRA Director), Eye Specialist Dr. Bhavesh Patel, Retina Specialist Dr. Jeet Patel and Diabetes Specialist Dr. Dhananjay Patel. People of Jamnagar city, medical students, internship doctors, nursing staff, members of Lions Club Jamnagar East and office bearers of the club were present in large numbers in this seminar.
