Obesity free ,Mental health and well-being camp through Yoga’s Day-18th

Under the “Swasth Gujarat - Obesity Free Gujarat Campaign” organized in collaboration with Gujarat State Yoga Board and Lions Club of Jamnagar East, a month-long obesity free, mental health and wellness camp has been started from 10/11/2025 to 10/12/2025. In this yoga class, people get relief from mental health and joint and muscle pain through various types of yoga asanas. After completing the yoga class, people joining this camp are given various types of juices prepared using Ayurvedic methods. A large number of people join and contribute to this camp.
