LIONS CLUB OF GANDHIDHAM NEW HORIZON *PRE-RAKHI CELEBRATION – PROJECT REPORT* Date: 27th August 2026 Project Chairpersons: *Ln. Jyoti Uttwani & Ln. Bhavika Hinduja* *Lions Club of Gandhidham New Horizon* organized a Pre-Rakhi Celebration at *BSF at 11:00 a.m. and S.P. Office at 12:00 noon.* Rakhis were lovingly tied to our brave BSF and Police personnel as a gesture of love, respect and gratitude for their dedicated service and protection of our nation and society. The project was a beautiful celebration of the spirit of Raksha Bandhan, creating a strong bond of affection and appreciation between the community and our protectors. Members Present Ln.
