The session began with energizing warm-up practices, followed by breathing exercises aimed at improving focus, relaxation, and lung capacity. Participants performed Medsvita Nivaran Asanas with strong attention to posture, alignment, and technique. Each asana was explained with its specific health benefits, helping participants deepen their understanding and improve their form. The session concluded with a calming guided meditation that promoted inner peace, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
