π¦ Lions Club of Bhuj Queens π§ββοΈ Medasvita Nivaran Yoga Camp π Day 23 β Reporting π Date: 09/10/2025 β° Time: 6:30 am to 8:00 am π Venue: Gunatita Chock, Pramukha Swami Nagar, Bhuj The 23rd day of the camp began with gentle warm-up exercises including ankle rotations, side stretches, and shoulder mobility movements. Participants practiced breathing techniques such as Deep Breathing, Kapalbhati, and Nadi Shuddhi Pranayam, helping to increase lung capacity and calm the mind. Todayβs yoga session focused on fat reduction, spinal flexibility, and improving digestion, covering the following asanas: β’ Tadasana β’ Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose) β’ Pavanmuktasana β’ Vakrasana β’ Setu Bandhasana β’ Bhujangasana Participants also performed Surya Namaskar in medium pace, enhancing their stamina, body coordination, and flexibility. A brief guidance session emphasized avoiding late-night eating, reducing fried foods, and maintaining proper hydration for better health and weight control. β Participants felt refreshed and more confident in their practice. β Improved spinal mobility and better core activation were noticed. β The session ended with Shavasana and a guided meditation, promoting mental peace and relaxation. Organization Benefit The camp continued to promote a health-conscious environment, strengthened community participation, and reinforced the clubβs role in spreading wellness and fitness awareness.
