🦁 Lions Club of Bhuj Queens 🧘♀️ Medasvita Nivaran Yoga Camp 📄 Day 25 – Reporting 📅 Date: 11/10/2025 ⏰ Time: 6:30 am to 8:00 am 📍 Venue: Gunatita Chock, Pramukha Swami Nagar, Bhuj The 25th day of the camp began with gentle warm-up exercises, including neck rotations, shoulder stretches, and side bends to loosen the muscles. Participants practiced breathing techniques such as Anulom–Vilom, Kapalbhati, and Bhramari Pranayam to enhance focus and mental clarity. Today’s session focused on core strengthening, fat reduction, and improved body flexibility, including the following asanas: • Tadasana • Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose) • Bhujangasana • Dhanurasana • Pavanmuktasana • Setu Bandhasana Participants also performed Surya Namaskar in medium pace to improve coordination, stamina, and posture. A short health awareness talk emphasized the importance of hydration, balanced diet, and avoiding fried and sugary foods for better overall fitness. ✔ Participants felt more energetic, flexible, and confident in their practice. ✔ Core strength and body posture showed noticeable improvement. ✔ The session ended with Shavasana and guided meditation for complete relaxation.
