*Lions Club of Gandhidham New Horizon General Board Meeting Report* Date: 10th November 2025 Venue: Green Palace Garden Restaurant Time: 5:00–7:00 PM It was successfully conducted with an enthusiastic presence of Past Presidents, Board Members, and Office Bearers. President Lion Neha gor thakar warmly welcomed all members after Diwali and greeted everyone with sweets as a gesture of festive togetherness and also present Lion pic Magnet who took participation in Mental health week celebration. The Secretarial Report was presented by Club Secretary Lion Seema Bhowmick, followed by the Treasurer Report presented by Lion Deepmala Jagasia. President Neha further discussed the upcoming fundraising event and invited members’ suggestions. Many members actively shared their valuable reviews. Discussion regarding the Leo Club was also taken up during the meeting. The meeting hosts — *Lion Swati Mehta, Lion Neha Vora, Lion Rita Shah, Lion Raksha Soni, Lion Smita Singh and Lion Shraddha Thakkar* — beautifully arranged engaging musical games for members. Winners were given cash prizes, adding to the fun and celebration. All members enjoyed the food, fellowship, and festive vibes, and the meeting concluded with happiness and positivity.
