🦁 Lions Club of Bhuj Queens 🧘♀️ Medasvita Nivaran Yoga Camp 📄 Day 16 – Reporting 📅 Date: 02/10/2025 ⏰ Time: 6:30 am to 8:00 am 📍 Venue: Gunatita Chock, Pramukha Swami Nagar, Bhuj The 16th day of the camp began with gentle warm-up movements and spinal mobility exercises, helping participants ease into the session. Breathing practices such as Nadi Shuddhi, Bhramari, and Deep Breathing were performed to calm the mind and enhance lung capacity. Today’s session focused on belly fat reduction, back strength, and body alignment, covering the following asanas: • Tadasana • Ustrasana (Camel Pose) • Bhujangasana • Dhanurasana • Vakrasana • Ardha Chakrasana Participants practiced Surya Namaskar in a slow–steady pace to build strength, flexibility, and breath awareness. A short health talk emphasized the importance of regular sleep, reducing oily food, and increasing fresh fruits–vegetables in daily diet. ✔ Participants felt lighter, more flexible, and mentally relaxed. ✔ Noticeable improvement in stamina and balance was observed. ✔ The session ended with Shavasana and a guided meditation to promote inner peace. Organization Benefit The camp continued to increase community participation, promoted healthy living habits, and strengthened the club’s identity as a wellness-focused service organization.
