*Project Report: Mental Well-Being and Time Management Seminar* *Lions Club of Madhapar Main* Prioritizing the bright future of the students and their mental health, a special guidance seminar was organized by the Lions Club of Madhapar Main at Government School, Padhar. *1. General Information of the Project* *Project Name:* Mental Well-Being (Mental Health) and Time Management Seminar *Date:* November 26, 2025 *Time:* 09:00 to 11:00 AM *Venue:* Government Higher Secondary School, Padhar *Project Chairman:* Lion Junit Rathod *Beneficiaries:* 90 students from standard 9 to 12 *Total volunteer hours:* 18 hours *2. Program Details* In today's competitive era, students are under a lot of pressure due to studies and exams. Keeping this in mind, this seminar was organized to help students stay stress-free and utilize their time effectively. Lion Dr. Saroj Singh (President, Lions Club of LNM Hospital, Mirzapar) was present as the main speaker in the program. She gave very simple and accurate guidance to the students on the following topics: * Importance of mental health and positive thinking. * How to reduce stress during exams. * Techniques of 'time management' to maintain a balance between studies and other activities. Students from standard 9 to 12 participated enthusiastically in this seminar and cleared their confusions by answering questions with the speaker. *3. Vote of Thanks* Finally, the Project Chairman, Lion Junit Rathod, thanked the keynote speaker, the guests present and the school family. This seminar proved to be extremely inspiring for the students.
