*The Lions Club of Gandhidham New Horizon* successfully organized an impactful awareness lecture on *prevention of Sexual Harassment for employees* at *Zetts Cosmetic Pvt. Ltd.* The session was delivered by Advocate *Ln Ritaben Shah* who shared valuable knowledge on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, women’s legal rights, workplace ethics, and the importance of creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment. The interactive session encouraged participants to understand their rights and responsibilities, promote mutual respect, and contribute towards building a workplace free from harassment and discrimination. The programme benefited 400 employees, making it a significant step towards awareness and women empowerment.
