🦁 Lions Club of Bhuj Queens 🧘♀️ Medasvita Nivaran Yoga Camp 📄 Day 20 – Reporting 📅 Date: 06/10/2025 ⏰ Time: 6:30 am to 8:00 am 📍 Venue: Gunatita Chock, Pramukha Swami Nagar, Bhuj The 20th day of the camp began with gentle warm-up exercises, including ankle rotation, shoulder rolls, and side stretches to prepare the body. Participants then practiced breathing techniques such as Deep Breathing, Anulom–Vilom, and Bhramari Pranayam for mental relaxation and increased breath capacity. Today’s yoga session focused on full-body flexibility, core activation, and fat reduction, covering the following asanas: • Hastapadasana • Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose) • Bhujangasana • Shalabhasana • Ardha Halasana • Vakrasana Participants also practiced Surya Namaskar with emphasis on proper alignment and rhythm, helping improve stamina and balance. A short wellness talk highlighted the importance of eating on time, including green vegetables, and avoiding sugary drinks for better fitness and weight control. ✔ Participants felt more flexible, energetic, and positive. ✔ Better balance and improved breathing patterns were observed. ✔ The session ended with Shavasana and a short guided meditation for complete relaxation.
