🦁 Lions Club of Bhuj Queens 🧘♀️ Medasvita Nivaran Yoga Camp 📄 Day 26 – Reporting 📅 Date: 12/10/2025 ⏰ Time: 6:30 am to 8:00 am 📍 Venue: Gunatita Chock, Pramukha Swami Nagar, Bhuj The 26th day of the camp began with gentle stretching, joint rotations, and warm-up exercises to prepare the body. Participants practiced breathing techniques including Anulom–Vilom, Deep Breathing, and Bhramari Pranayam, which helped improve concentration, relaxation, and lung capacity. Today’s session focused on core strengthening, fat reduction, and full-body flexibility, covering the following asanas: • Hastapadasana • Trikonasana • Ardha Matsyendrasana • Bhujangasana • Naukasana • Ardha Halasana Participants also performed Surya Namaskar in a steady rhythm to enhance coordination, stamina, and overall posture. A short wellness talk emphasized the importance of regular yoga practice, balanced diet, proper hydration, and reducing processed foods for maintaining long-term health. ✔ Participants felt energized, more flexible, and mentally relaxed. ✔ Noticeable improvement in core strength and balance was observed. ✔ The session concluded with Shavasana and guided meditation for inner calm and mental clarity.
