The session focused on spreading awareness about mental health and burnout among police personnel. Eminent speakers *Lion Brijal Bhanani and Dr. Mahesh Tilwani* shared valuable insights on dealing with mental pressure, work stress, and practical methods to overcome burnout. Club President Lion Ritaben chhatpar, Treasurer Lion Renu Ben Gorji, and Lion Damyantiben Pinara, Lion Parulben Nepali, and Lion Dr. Sarojben Singh graced the occasion with their presence. The purpose of the seminar was to promote mental health awareness among police personnel and help them stay mindful about stress management.
