Introduction:* The Lions Club of Madhapar Main, in its continuous commitment to community welfare, successfully organized a free dental check-up camp on August 6, 2025. This initiative aimed to provide accessible dental care and promote oral hygiene awareness among the local community. The camp was held at Dr. Jigar Pavani's Tanna Dental Care Clinic in Bhuj, leveraging professional facilities and expertise. *2. Objectives:* * To provide free dental check-ups to individuals who may not have regular access to dental care. * To raise awareness about the importance of oral hygiene and preventive dental practices. * To identify common dental issues and recommend further treatment where necessary. * To foster a spirit of service and collaboration within the Lions Club and with local healthcare professionals. *3. Execution:* The dental check-up camp was conducted in two sessions to accommodate a larger number of beneficiaries: * Morning Session: 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM * Evening Session: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM The camp was well-organized, with clear registration procedures and a smooth flow for patient examinations. Dr. Jigar Pavani and his team at Tanna Dental Care Clinic provided their invaluable support and professional services throughout the day. *4. Beneficiaries:* A total of 24 individuals benefited from the free dental check-up camp. These beneficiaries received comprehensive oral examinations and consultations. *5. Lion Members Present:* The success of the camp was largely due to the active participation and dedication of the Lions Club members. Outcomes and Impact:* The dental check-up camp successfully achieved its objectives. The 24 beneficiaries received essential dental assessments, and many were educated on proper oral hygiene techniques. The camp served as a crucial platform for early detection of dental issues, potentially preventing more severe problems in the future. The collaborative effort between the Lions Club of Madhapar Main and Tanna Dental Care Clinic showcased the power of community partnerships in addressing health needs.
