🦁 Lions Club of Bhuj Queens 🧘♀️ Medasvita Nivaran Yoga Camp 📄 Day 24 – Reporting 📅 Date: 10/10/ 2025 ⏰ Time: 6:30 am to 8:00 am 📍 Venue: Gunatita Chock, Pramukha Swami Nagar, Bhuj The 24th day of the camp began with light stretching, spinal warm-ups, and gentle joint movements to prepare the body. Participants practiced calming breathing techniques such as Anulom–Vilom, Bhramari, and Deep Breathing, helping improve focus and lung capacity. Today’s yoga session emphasized core strength, flexibility, and overall fat reduction, covering the following asanas: • Hastapadasana • Trikonasana • Ardha Matsyendrasana • Bhujangasana • Naukasana • Ardha Halasana Participants also performed Surya Namaskar in a steady rhythm, promoting stamina, coordination, and better posture. A brief wellness talk highlighted the importance of proper meal timing, increasing fruit–vegetable intake, and reducing sugary snacks for long-term fitness. ✔ Participants felt more energetic and balanced. ✔ Improved core activation and better spinal alignment were noticed. ✔ The session concluded with Shavasana and a guided meditation for deep relaxation and mental calmness.
