Humanitarian - Wheel Chair Donated

On the occasion of Independence Day – 15th August 2026, Lions Club of Gandhidham successfully completed meaningful humanitarian initiatives under the theme “More Steps Towards Humanity.” The projects included Sewing Machine Distribution, Tricycle Distribution and Wheelchair Distribution, supporting dignity, mobility, livelihood and self-reliance for the beneficiaries. Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Rayan Bilkhu & Ms. Saanvi Bilkhu for their generous support towards the wheelchair, sewing machine and tricycle, helping us make a meaningful difference in the lives of the beneficiaries. Special thanks to Project Chairperson Lion Suresh Mehta for his dedicated efforts and coordination in making these humanitarian projects successful. We also sincerely thank IPP Lion Surojit Chakraborty for donating 3 fans to the club following his recent past birthday, choosing to celebrate his special occasion by giving back to the community. The generous support of our donors and the active participation of our members truly reflect the right spirit of Lions – celebrating freedom by creating freedom, dignity and opportunities for others.
