PRO • Leo Harinsh Dayatar – District Leo President 🏛️ Program Flow 1. *Arrival & Welcome* A traditional and warm welcome was extended to the District Governor and the District Team. 2. Call to Order The meeting was formally called to order by President Lion Rita Chhatpar. 3. Flag Salutation & National Anthem Flag Salutation and National Anthem were led by Lion Brijal Bhanani. 4. Welcome Address The President expressed heartfelt gratitude to all dignitaries for their presence. 5. Lighting of the Lamp The auspicious ceremony of lamp lighting was performed by DG and District Cabinet members. 6. Club Report Secretary Lion Preeti Kharecha presented the annual service project report. The DG appreciated Bhuj Queens Club’s work as “excellent and inspiring.” 7. Certificate & Pin Presentation District Governor presented International Pins and Certificates to the members. 8. Introduction of DG A warm and heartfelt introduction of DG was delivered by Lion Yogita Hathi. 9. Motivational Address by DG DG highlighted service excellence, women’s leadership, and the strong team spirit of Bhuj Queens. 10. Pin Felicitation to Project Chairpersons Project Chairpersons were honored with prestigious DG Pins. 11. Address by Region & Zone Chairpersons RC MJF Lion Kamal ben Joshi and ZC Lion Rohit Joshi shared words of appreciation for the club’s dedication. 12. Presentation of Honor Certificate The club presented a Certificate of Honor to the District Governor. 13. LCIF Donation by Bhuj Queens The club proudly contributed to LCIF, supporting global humanitarian services. 14. Vote of Thanks A heartfelt vote of thanks was delivered by Lion Brijal Bhanani, appreciating DG, the District Team, guests, and all members. 15.
