Fruit distribution to patients in the government hospital.

An inspiring service event involving the distribution of fruits to patients was organized by the Lions Club at Khambhalia Government Hospital on September 10, 2026. Held in the special presence of Rajya Sabha MP Jitendrabhai Meghjibhai Kanjariya, the program saw the distribution of fruits to approximately 150 patients undergoing treatment at the hospital. This humanitarian service initiative was successfully completed with the financial support of Mumbai-based Seth Chandrakantbhai Vanravandas Barchha. On this occasion, MP Jitubhai Kanjariya, Lions Club office-bearers, and leaders of social organizations personally visited various hospital wards. They inquired about the patients' well-being and health status. Key figures—including former Lions Club Governor Dhirenbhai Badiyani, Zone Chairman Parbatbhai Gadhvi, Khambhalia Lions Club President Sureshbhai Nakum, Secretary Amitbhai Buddhabhatti, Hadabha Jam, Nimishaben Nakum, Pankaj Pandya, and Pankajbhai Uchada—worked diligently to ensure the success of the event. The fruit distribution was carried out with the cooperation of Government Hospital doctors—Dr. Vijaybhai Piprotar, Dr. Tushar Kachhatiya, and Dr. Jay Chopra—along with the entire hospital staff.
