🦁 Lions International 🦁 👸 Lions Club of Bhuj Queens 👸 🧘‍♀️ Medsvita Mukta Gujarat Yoga Camp – 2 📄 Day 22 – Reporting 📅 Date: 01/12/2025 ⏰ Time: 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm 📍 Venue: LNM Hospital, Bhuj Day 22 of the Medsvita Mukta Gujarat Yoga Camp – 2 was conducted with the same enthusiasm, discipline, and positive energy as the previous sessions. Participants actively engaged in all the yogic practices and demonstrated great consistency in their progress. The session began with gentle warm-up movements followed by breathing exercises to enhance lung capacity and mental focus. Special emphasis was placed on Medsvita Nivaran Asanas, ensuring that every participant practiced with correct posture alignment and understood the long-term benefits of each asana. A guided meditation session was conducted at the end, helping participants experience deep relaxation and mental clarity.
