🦁 Lions Club of Bhuj Queens 🧘♀️ Medasvita Nivaran Yoga Camp 📄 Day 27 – Reporting 📅 Date: 13/10/2025 ⏰ Time: 6:30 am to 8:00 am 📍 Venue: Gunatita Chock, Pramukha Swami Nagar, Bhuj The 27th day of the camp began with gentle warm-up exercises, including neck rotations, shoulder rolls, and side stretches. Participants practiced breathing techniques such as Anulom–Vilom, Kapalbhati, and Nadi Shuddhi Pranayam, helping improve concentration, relaxation, and overall lung capacity. Today’s session emphasized core strengthening, abdominal fat reduction, and improving body flexibility, covering the following asanas: • Tadasana • Utkatasana • Bhujangasana • Dhanurasana • Pavanmuktasana • Setu Bandhasana Participants also performed Surya Namaskar in a controlled rhythm to enhance stamina, coordination, and body balance. A brief awareness message highlighted the importance of hydration, mindful eating, and regular physical activity for long-term health and wellness. ✔ Participants felt more energetic, flexible, and confident in performing asanas. ✔ Noticeable improvement in posture, core strength, and balance was observed. ✔ The session ended with Shavasana and guided meditation for relaxation and mental clarity.
