PROJECT REPORT Lions Club of Gandhidham New Horizon – District 3232J Project: *Permanent Diabetes & Blood Pressure Check-up* Venue: Navkar Clinic of Dr. Hiren Mehta, MBBS, Gandhidham Timing: Every Wednesday at 5:30 PM Project Chairperson: *Lion Swati Mehta* Project Objective: To promote regular health monitoring by providing diabetes and blood pressure check-ups and encouraging early detection and better health awareness. Beneficiaries: 20 persons Members Present: * MJF Lion Rita Shah * Lion kalpanaben Barod The project was successfully conducted with active participation from the club members. 20 beneficiaries received diabetes and blood pressure check-ups.
