Hepatitis Awareness Campaign

Under the National Viral Hepatitis Control Program announced by the Government of India, from 21/7/2026 to 28/7/2026, as part of the celebration of “World Hepatitis Day”, an awareness campaign on Hepatitis will be organized by the Lions Club of Jamnagar East and Jamnagar Municipal Corporation at various places in Jamnagar city. In which on Monday, 27/07/2026, the students and teachers of Humantorch School of Nursing were given detailed information about how hepatitis infection spreads and how to prevent it from spreading by Dr. Ankita Madam, Medical Officer GIDC, UHC, Dared, Jamnagar. The Principal of the Nursing School, Shri P. V. Ajudia was present in this awareness campaign. At the end of the program, questions were asked to the students about hepatitis and prizes were given to 10 students who gave the correct answers. Project Chairman: Lion Amarjitsingh Ahluwalia
