Corporate Yoga Workshop

Leo Club of Rajkot Yuva, in collaboration with Eryushion Techsol Pvt. Ltd., successfully organized a Corporate Yoga Workshop conducted by Project Life. The exclusive five-day session was specially curated to address work-centric stress, body stiffness, and loss of focus, helping participants enhance posture, flexibility, energy levels, and concentration. The 45-minute daily practice brought moments of mindfulness, balance, and renewed positivity to all participants.
